Quomatch is a referral service only. We do not directly provide HVAC services or employ contractors. All services are performed by independent third-party contractors.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse or abuse the Service
• Be respectful to contractors and service providers
• Not submit false or fraudulent service requests

4. No Guarantee of Service

While we strive to connect you with qualified professionals, Quomatch does not guarantee that:

• You will receive quotes from contractors
• Contractors will be available for your project
• The quality or timeliness of contractor services
• Any specific outcome from using our Service

5. Contractor Relationships

All contractors on our platform are independent third parties. Quomatch:

• Does not employ or directly control contractors
• Is not responsible for their work, conduct, or actions
• Does not guarantee contractor licensing or insurance (though we verify at signup)
• Recommends you independently verify contractor credentials

Any agreements you make with contractors are directly between you and them. Quomatch is not a party to those agreements.

6. Pricing and Payments

Quomatch's lead generation service is free for homeowners. You are not charged for:

• Submitting service requests
• Receiving quotes from contractors
• Using our platform

Any payments for actual HVAC services are made directly to the contractor, not to Quomatch.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Quomatch SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of contractors or third parties
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any work performed by contractors you connect with through our Service

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quomatch and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your relationships with contractors
• Any disputes between you and contractors

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with a contractor, you should first attempt to resolve it directly with them. Quomatch will attempt to facilitate communication but is not responsible for resolving contractor disputes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
